Hi! Need Some help! The lasers light turns on when I send a project to the laser and it traces the art as if it was burning but no burning takes place. Ive updated everything and have retried everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

near motherboard

Hi gill sorry for the delay I was waiting on a new desktop to be delivered hoping that this was the problem but it wasn’t … I have downloaded lightburn on to my pc but it does the same starts and finishes the instruction with no scorch marks at all :tired_face:.
