Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro S2 with extension kit not working!

HELP I brought the extension pack for my OLM2 Pro S2. I cannot get it to register on Lightburn that it has a large workspace now. The laser is moving really fast and hitting the axis’ I cannot work out what I am supposed to tell it to get it to know the new work space area. I have adjusted the sizes in the device settings and followed this tutorial to set it up and assemble it Assembly Video- Ortur Laser Master 2 PRO S2 with Extention Kits - YouTube

The Ortur is showing the extended work area.

Click Edit, click Device Settings and confirm that you’ve adjusted the Working Size. After you have, carefully click OK and open this window to check it again. Some folks just close the window or accidentally click Cancel. It happens all the time.

It’s not likely that the ‘moving really fast’ is related to the new work area.

The most readily overlooked setting is the units for speed. It is best to work in mm/minute for devices of this size. Selecting any number for speed in inches per minute is 25.4 times faster than setting the same number in mm per minute. Selecting any number for speed in mm per second is 60 times faster than the same number in mm per minute.

Click Edit, click Settings ad confirm that you’re working in mm / min.

If you change this setting the numbers here (below) will be 25.4 or 60 times larger than what you had previously. This doesn’t change the speed… It just shows you what the speed was set at.

Is your Ortur Laser sitting on a solidly built workbench? This error can stem from an overspeed condition or an acceleration setting but we’ve seen these messages most often when the engraver shakes because it was set on a tea serving cart.

Also, this looks like a ‘Fresh Restart’ of the laser engraver. I recall a different sequence of events after that message.

The Number beside VA looks a little low.
@OrturTech - Do you feel that the power supply may be involved here? (Below)

Thank you for copying the Console window. That was very helpful for getting the necessary information to be able to help. Please let us know if these settings were correct and if this information resolves the behaviors you were seeing.

Power is a little low, but i feel is a firmware issue
In console

That should loosen the shock sensor
