You do realize you did not tell us which stepper motor, right? Not everyone has the Ortur LM2 machine.

Here is a datasheet provided by @jkwilborn than may have what you are looking for.

You mean the order of the four wires? Just test, it’s easy to find out.

There are many methods. Just search at YouTube. The easiest way is to connect two cables and turn the motor. If you need more force to turn it than without those wires connected, those two belong to one phase.
