Ortur Laser Master: will not engrave at all

to anyone that can help.

i recently downloaded the lightburn trial so that i can try it out, so far i am liking the program itself but i cant get anything to engrave including items built within the software. i have tried the firmware update and have done most things that i can think of. every time that i send something for engraving it sends me a message that i need to reset to continue but that doesn’t work. i know that the laser itself works and have been able to do a test fire at 20% and it continues to work in the lasergrbl software.
is there something that i am doing wrong or is there anyone that has had this same experience?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

The way your machine is setup you will hit the rails, and machine knows as much so is sending you an error

It will try to start the job at the TOP corner
Did you try in absolute coordenates?

Also, in console, could you do this please while connected

Togggle Show all button
Then type $#
Post the console output?

this is what showed up when i did that. i tried reducing to one line and got the same reset message.

Please in console type this command:
G10 L2 P1 X0 Y0

Then do $# again to make sure G54 line shows clear of values

this should fix the problem
