Hello, if someone could please help me out on why my Ortur lazer master 2 20w LU1-4 is not burning on to any material. I just got it today 5/08/21 and I got it fully set up and everything seems to work fine by moving on axles and illuminating when I push the fire button and also while running a project. But it’s not burning the material. I’ve also
tried changing the power & speed but still no burn. If anyone knows what the problem could be and could help that would be awesome and I would really appreciate it
Can you provide a picture of your laser focus, what speeds, and power settings have you tried, on what materials?
We need details on what you tried if we are going to be of much help on what to try next.
