ORTUR lazer master 2 pro stopped working not finding any G codes Please help

ORTUR lazer 2 pro will not frame and is jamming at to right

Is it completing the homing cycle successfully when you first turn it on?

What errors, or alarms if any, are you seeing in the Console window?

You may need to change your “Start From” mode, there is a good explanation about this here or on our YouTube channel here:

Understanding The Different Start From Modes In LightBurn

The machine is completing the home cycle successfully each time
then its goes to the top right corner then jams and reads error 9
alarm 2 says
G-code motion target exceeds machine travel machine position safely retained alarm may be unlocked (right click the device button to reset the connection on or near line 2
I have done the above to no avail still unable to frame
kind regards
Ernie

In LightBurn, Open the Console window where the errors are posted and type the following (press enter after each request to enter them):
?
$$
$i
$#
Please copy and paste those four reports from the Console window into a reply here.

I’m expecting a work coordinate offset to show up in the report but I can’t be certain.

I believe this issue is discussed in the firmware release notes for the next firmware version up from yours.

Please contact support at Ortur Customer Support – Ortur Support Ticketing System for advice on whether the Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro S2 Firmware V1.87 update is right for you.

@OrturTech may be able to confirm this.
