This is fine. We see this message when the sensitivity has been turn down to prevent false positive alerts. This isn’t the cause of the Alarm.

When the job is sent to the engraver something is out of bounds.

Open the Preview window in LightBurn and at the bottom of the window you’ll see ‘Show Traversal Moves’. Turn that switch Green.

The red or pink lines in the preview is where the engraver is being told to go, and you’ll be able to see why you may be working too close to the edge and triggering ALARM:2.
