today i’m struggeling with my Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro v2.
I have a picture what i engraved several times without issues. But since yesterday, several lines in the engraved area are missing. Not the same lines on every job. Different lines, but only on a time. Please have a look at the attachment, that sould make it clearer to understand.
I have tried several things like slower engraving speed, but the problem is still there.
Line interval is 0.100mm and dpi is set to 254.
the next thing is the cutting of the engraved area. the cutted area is not identical with the engraved area (as it should be). it seems as if all of the “skipped lines” were added, because the cutted area is 5mm in height away from where it should be. looks like the stepper motors have a problem moving forwards, so they “stumbling” a bit. but i can’t find anything. the strings are clean.
Anyone here have a idea what the problem is in this case?
