Ortur master 2 framing wont work

I have a ortur master 2 and I have it working only thing is I can not get the laser to fire for framing or focusing. I have enable the laser fire button but still nothing.

How do I turn on my diode at low power to focus it or frame a job?

Diode lasers often don’t have a red-dot pointer like CO2 lasers do, so it is often useful to enable them at low power for focusing or framing. You need to hold the Shift key when you frame to make it fire. Have you enabled the fire button and entered a percentage for firing in the Move window?
