Ortur Master 2 stops working in mid job

I am new at the CNC laser world and needing some help. When running a svg file 80% of the time I have no issues. The other 20% when running the job it stops with no reason and no error codes. The last one the console showed G-Code locked out during alarm or jog state and the Job halted. Was wondering if someone can help in trying to figure out what is causing this to happen. Running a hour long job and at the end of in the middle it fails is quite alarming.

Hi I have issue with my new ortur,it work fine until I connect to the same 220 v another machine like a saw or fan and when I turn the fan or saw the ortur disconnect from my pc, win 10. Best regards

It may provide some possible answers.
Also check if you are using USB to connect that power settings on USB are not going into sleep mode, as its a default setting on Windows.

1. Press Windows + X.
2. Choose Power Options.
3. Select Choose when to turn off the display.
4. Open Change advanced power settings.
5. Expand USB settings and USB selective suspend setting.
6. Select Enabled (default) or Disabled.
7. Click Apply, then OK.
