Pc rotto, chiave software non accettata

Salve, mi si è rotto il secondo pc dove ho installato il vostro software , ho montato l’hd, ancora funzionante, su un altro pc, mi dice che la licenza è scaduta e non accetta la chiave che è in mio possesso, cosa devo fare?
