We have started adding a “Solved” button to appropriate sections of the forum to help manage responses and help others find solutions to issues when searching the forum. When marked, a small check-box is displayed next to the post, signifying the response correctly resolved the issue.
When you receive a response that ‘resolves’ your issue, it helps everyone if you could mark the response as “Solved” so others can see what has worked, and what steps helped to resolve the issue. Click the 3 dots, then click Solved button. Thanks.
