I have a problem with the rotary axis (with chuck) that I purchased.
When the press is active on lightburn, nothing actually happens.
However, when I deactivate this in the software, the laser starts but does not take the increment into account.
So I can’t configure my rotary axis correctly.
Could you please help me ?

thank you , but this doesn’t solve my problem.
When the software is activated nothing happens on the machine.
and when it works on the machine the software parameters are not taken into account during machining.
Do you have a solution please ?

If the settings are still what was posted, I’d think that would not be correct.
Where did you get steps/rotation value of 360?
Mine is 5000… This is from the motor driver settings and the ratio of the motor to the drive wheel.
Configuring for a rotary should not be an issue.
I’m assuming you are using the Y axes… you didn’t say…
find steps/rotation
a. identify the switch settings
b. translate from the motor driver placard
steps/rotation is then computed based on a ratio.
a. value entered is steps/rotation multiplied by the ratio which results in the steps/rotation of the wheel, which is what Lightburn needs to know.
This is the basic procedure.
