Don’t use USB. If you must, buy a good quality ‘choked’ USB cable and ‘send’ your job, don’t ‘start’.

They gave you ethernet for a reason The USB port on Ruida controllers is slooooow.

Connections issues with a Ruida controller

Much easier. Get a cable. plug it into both machines. Configure the RuiDa with 10.10.1.100, 255.255.255.0 Configure the PC ethernet with 10.10.1.1, 255…255.255.0 - no gateway needed on the PC - it already got that from the WiFi and has set up the routing tables for you. Go to cmd, type ‘ping 10.10.1.100’ and see if you get a return. Never use USB again
