Reducing the time of cutting identical objects

Hi
I have a project with a rectangular object that I am multiplying along the X and Y axis. When multiplying I choose Array spacing = 0 . The problem is that in the preview is showing that the boundaries of the objects overlap. This means that the laser will cut this place twice instead of once. This will cost extra time.

BOOLEAN tools - weld them together.

You can adjust for this in 'Optimization Settings (there’s a button for it in the ‘Laser’ window) - toggle on ‘Remove Overlapping Lines’. The ‘Distance’ field controls how closely the lines need to overlap before one is removed.

The shapes must touch each other but must not overlap, look here, we just had something similar up here recently.

Thanks a lot for the quick replies
