Il a très bien fonctionné deux jours et aujourd’hui le rayon laser ne s’allume plus,
Sur la tête laser la LED (DEL) Verte ne s’allume plus.

Hello folks, so this problem just came out of nowhere. I just connected the laser as I always do, and tried to burn a very small project. The amber LED on top of the device is on, as always when it receives power. Also the fan is running as always. When starting to burn the project from LightBurn, the laser head moves exactly as it should, no issues whatsoever. Fix:

Did you fix the laser cable properly? If not, it tends to break. Do the 5V test to check if the cable is broken. You find a description of the test here: Guide to mechanical adjustments and maintenance

Got it! If your Sculpfun S30 Pro laser isn’t lighting up, first, check that the power cable is plugged in and the switch is on. Also, make sure the laser is properly connected and there are no loose wires. If everything looks good, try restarting the machine or checking the settings to see if something’s off.

Le service après vente de Sculpfun m’a envoyé une vidéo, j’ai testé et le laser n’est pas en cause, c’est la fiche qui ne tient pas je suis obligé de la pousser, mais si je ne la pousse plus le laser ne fonctionne plus.

Merci de nous l’avoir fait savoir et de nous l’avoir montré. Vous devrez remplacer ce câble, je pense que parler au support Sculpfun de ce faire serait maintenant la meilleure cause d’action pour vous ?

Oui merci, j’ai bien contacté Sculpfun et ils vont m’envoyer un nouveau câble mais seulement après le nouvel an Chinois, alors pour l’instant j’ai refais une nouvelle fiche et ça fonctionne bien
