Looking for help trying to add my device lightburn will not find it. Driver shows in my device manager but not under universal serial bus controllers. It shows under BJJCZ Device - Laser Mark Control Board V4 [USB]
If it’s showing up that way, the correct driver is not loaded. Have you tried the ZADig driver swap method in the documentation?
Had to use zadig and do a driver swap
