laser not firing when uploaded file used fires when i create from scratch i also need to mention that my machine literally has maybe 18 hrs work time on it i did perform a factory reset and never got proper help i also tried to upload the restore configuration files on the side usb port and it reads as no files i bypassed the outside port and directly plugged into the motherboard and still no files , when i plug into my laptop it shows many files even cfg files however when i used lightburn tp pull from files those same files dont show up i also made sure the thumbdrive was a fat32 so thats not the problem now whenever i turn the machine on and open it up i check the settngs and wouldnt ya know it they have changed not because ive changed them i feel this is a lightburn issue or a motherboard issue but the funny part is it didnt strart this until i got the upgrade from lightburn my machine has been acting a fool ever since what gives ??

If you actually did a factory reset, it’s likely missing a bunch of vendor settings it needs to run.
You don’t do that with these, as it gets the defaults Ruida puts in all machines. Once the vendor gets it, they put in the correct values for your machine. You loose all the vendor settings with a factory reset.
Did you use usb → pc or usb? I don’t think the non to pc to usb port will read anything but work files, usually ending in .rd It won’t see anything with other extensions. Do this through the USB → PC link via Lightburn.
