Simple Instructions: How to activate licence on 2nd offline computer

I’m a simpleton with computers. I’ve a licenced version on my laptop (internet connected) and wish to activate the expired trial version which is on a P.C in my workshop (no internet connection).
Can I simply enter the licence key?

No. But we do offer a way to provide for Offline Activation. Have a read of this post for more.

Offline Activation Procedure

If you have a license, and you would like to run it on a computer without a network connection, enter the license key, then click “Request Offline Activation”. It will ask you to save a file that contains the machine fingerprint as an offline request. You copy that to a USB drive and bring it to a machine with a network connection, you then have two options to complete the process.
