I purchased a new computer recently, it has a 15.6" 4k display. I found I have to down size my display resolution from 3840x2160 to 2560x1440 in order to see the nodes and arrow. A pity I know. 
Was just checking to see if I’m missing a setting or option to make these items larger in LB. I noticed this post from '19. Size of edit nodes
There isn’t a way to change this at the moment, but I can look at adding an option for this.
