It works a little differently here. The forum is for exchanging ideas and help between members. If you have a specific problem, others might have the same problem and could benefit from finding a solution, so we try to solve the problems and develop knowledge together.
But of course it is also possible to apply for professional and individual help such as teaching or starting a laser workshop.
Specify your needs a little more and see if someone is willing and able to work for you.
