I recently upgraded computers, and when I went to use Lightburn, it couldn’t find my Ortur laser. I re-booted and then it said there was a newer version of lightburn, did I want to upgrade, so I did. Now it says it can’t open the software because it may be malicious, contact the developer because there is a newer version…It won’t let me revert back to the older version either…what???

First off, what kind of computer do you have?
Second, can you capture the error message you’re seeing with a screen-shot? I’d like to know if it’s operating system or anti-virus that’s causing it.
