Here is the error codes I get with new software

  1. You OPEN, not import Lightburn (.lbrn2) files. Import is for PDF, JPG, SVG, DXF, and stuff like that.
  2. The sudden appearance of Alarm 2 on previously good files is usually caused by an Origin setting changed. Unless you Imported the Lightburn file, then all bets are off.

So how do I change my origin settings to enable my Lazer to work? I’m still really new at this

In the Origin section of the Device Settings window, select the corner where your machine Homes. And do not change it after that.

Neither do I. I am not sure what issue you are having. That message about the loss of information is because you did not use the Open command. That would likely trigger the Alarm 2 in the second message.

Use File, Open to open your old Lightburn files.

OR with Lightburn open, drag the file you want to open from Explorer onto the design grid.

Then report back with any error or alarm messages you might have.
