Hi, just started using Lightburn with Neje. Please would someone point me at the laser power setting when in standby, ie not burning.

Sorry, no, but that is because I do not understand what you mean, exactly. What do you mean by “standby”? What are you wanting to do?

Using the Neje software I can set the brightness of the laser when it is not running a job. Used for focussing and checking area to be engraved. I haven’t found this setting in Lightburn.

How do I turn on my diode at low power to focus it or frame a job?

Diode lasers often don’t have a red-dot pointer like CO2 lasers do, so it is often useful to enable them at low power for focusing or framing.
