I am desperate for guidance or someone who services/educates in the Tampa Bay, FL area!
My Unknown 100W laser running on Windows 10 is not cutting all the way through on files that have settings that have always worked. I’m having to bump up a usual 10/40 to a 10/95 to get it to cut through on 1/8" mdf core plywood. I have checked:
cleaned lens
lens in properly
aligned mirrors
focal height good
air assist working (with a solid compressor, good air)
Lightburn up to date
AmMeter at 30 while operating
Ruida min power 15, max 95
Tube is quite new. I’m struggling to come up with anything else to check.
Thanks for any insight or a referral to someone who can come help me make sure I’m doing all the cleaning and checking properly.
