Hello Sven,
Assuming your Monport provides the bslconfig file and you are running 1.7.0 or greater it should support it.
Have you ran the Free Trial to confirm?
Hello Gil,
I have the full version 1.7.03 ( Galvo).
I get the monport installed and can also laser to some extent, but framing does not work, for example.
It works in BslCAD.
Thank you very much
Sven
@gilaraujo
Do you have any idea what / where else I can look?
Thanks for your help
Sven
Hi Sven
Did you import the BSL config file? Do you have it so you can send to support@lightburnsoftware.com?
Yes and I have sent the file by e-mail.
Thanks
Sven
The problem was the setting: Red Dot = None. I changed None to 0 and then it worked.
I found the error with the help of the support team, thank you very much.
I have a Monport GA100 that has a two pin port that is labeled door switch. The voltage a cross it is at logic level. When I short the pins through my ma meter, it pull 8 ma. But I don’t see a status change in Lightburn. See my attached config screen capture above where all status is red. None turns green. Any thoughts?
Which screws can I remove to take a look inside?
