Text in dxf file doesn't maintain format when importing to Lightburn

I created a file that included text and a surrounding frame. I saved it as a dxf and when opened in Autocad it displays the text correctly. However, when imported to Lightburn, the formatting of the text has been lost as its just a line of text stretching beyond the boundaries of the framw. The dimensions in both Autocad and Lightburn are mm. The original file was created on a Mac, but the same problem exists when on a Windows machine. Can anybody help?

If you are able to export a r12 ASCII DXF, this will fix the text problem.
