after framing when I click start the laser will move above the framing position. It will begin to fire all the way back to where the picture or text is supposed to start then finishes leaving a line on the upper left hand corner of everything. Lead in line is off in the cut settings. Bello is some text, the other a square. You can see it fires from quite a distance away. Please help!!!
As a first step, check to make sure your xTool’s firmware is up to date:
If that doesn’t help, this is likely a hardware issue. If you reduce the power of your project to a much lower value, does it still seem to burn at the same power output? That would be another strong indication of a hardware issue. You’ll need to get in touch with xTool directly if that’s the case:
