I am trying to send an phot image from lightburn to my Boss laser after I made the adjustments but it doesn’t download. In fact it gets stuck and says program is non responsive. Why?

Are you willing and able to share the photo image on the forum?
If you upload here it we may be able to find the cause of the problem.
Please share some screen captures of what you are seeing to help us.
Please help us to understand what this means, technically and in greater detail. Are you presented any crash report, or messaging you can share? What OS are you using and which version of LightBurn? What model Boss are you connected to and how?
