Trocen TL-3120 problem

Hey everybody. New in this group and got a little problem with my laser. It’s a blue and white with the trocen tl-3120 controller.
The problem is when I connect the laser to the pc every 5 minutes in lightburn or even lasercad it disconnects it self from the USB and have to unplug the cable and reconnect it again to get the connection again. USB cable is not the original but a more expensive version and is directly connected in the controller and computer. Anyone in here that got the same problem and knows how to fix this issue
