I’m trying to type the work “hello” and for whatever reason the laser will not burn all the way through. It will start as you can see the start of the letters woth little dots but when it moves it doesn’t burn anything but the laser is still on. Can anyone help me trouble shoot because I can’t burn anything at the moment.
We sure can try, but you need to share more about what you have set compared to what you get, so we have somewhere to start. Tell us about this job, cuts / layer settings, speed, power, any adjustments you may have made to firmware, and so on. 
We can see the result, but also need to know what this was supposed to produce, exactly.
