Unable to connect to WeCreat Pro 45W-requesting a refund

Lightburn Core cannot read or connect to the Wecreat Vision Pro 45W. I tried everything that was suggested in the forum. How do I get a refund? It is too difficult to use this software.

Did you not take advantage of the 30 day free trial before purchasing ?

If you play nice, they often give another 30 days on the trial. That should have been plenty of time to test it out.

Including the Release Candidate of the upcoming version 2.1?

In this release, we implemented a workaround for some WeCreat firmware issues. It should work way better now.
