After downloading and attempting to launch Lightburn, it simply will not open. It works on my surface pro but not on the MacBook Pro. Error comes up with LightBurn.v1.3.01.dmg Device Not Configured

Thank you for the link. It doesn’t address my issue. I can’t even launch the software to add the laser. The software won’t open on the MacBook.
