Update 2.0.02 Screen size limited, I want to undo it

After updating to 2.0.02 yesterday (windows 10), I cant drag the light burn window down to fit my screen anymore, the horizontal min size cuts off the lower 2" on me. I remember it saying somehtign about 300 vs 310 resolution?> I should have clicked NO to change it. HOW DO I UN-DO that change?
