Fresh install of Lightburn version 9.10 and I can not connect to the machine. I have downloaded and installed the needed FDTIUSB file but no luck. Anyone with maybe teamviewer out there that can help or thoughts.

You’ll have an easier time if you can run a network cable between the computer and the laser. MacOS ships with a serial port driver that conflicts with the FTDI one used by Ruida. It can be resolved through some command line tinkering, but using a network connection is less hassle.

Thank you for the input and I connected through network cable directly through my Mac to the Laser with no need going through a switch or router.
