I have just aligned my lasers and they are in the middle, and then it comes out of the tube its bang in the centre of the lens. What could be causing this? the first bit is perfectly in focus, down seems out of focus and double burn on the right? could it be a simple case of the bed is not level?
I would say that your alignment probably isn’t as perfect as you think it is. The double-engrave on the far side, and the thick engrave on the bottom suggests that the beam is hitting the air assist nozzle (assuming you have one) or something else.
I don’t have a nozzle so must be something else. I will re calibrate the mirrors.
Check that your lens isn’t cracked or dirty too.
