Wind generator for RV - Cutter broke, so I cannot finish Project, would one of you like to finish project. uses 6" Tubing cut in thirds. Message me (Caution cutting plastics can be hazardous, read up on safety, use machine cutting were possible).
When you say, “Cutter…” surely you are not referring to a laser cutter.
Poly Vinyl Chloride releases major toxic fumes when cut with a laser.
Table saw… maybe, But laser… no way.

@JMartin is correct… Keep PVC or any vinyl out of your laser.
It produces Chlorine gas, when that mixes with available moisture it becomes hydrochloric acid…
This was a $30K laser… after cutting vinyl for a few months ended up like this… along with your whole ventilation system. I won’t mention your lungs.

Wow. I’ve heard about how bad the fumes are… but have never seen photo evidence of what the acidic gasses can do.

You still see commercial sites doing laser cut vinyl records… I wonder…?
When I get message from interested member there will be a conversation on constructing the prototype. Any info that I have on wind generators & precautions on cutting plastics. I want a member to take this project for their own, I will be available for support & questions
