I had made 8 of these crosses, and had unexpectedly sold every one of them..
Decided to make more and realized I had not saved one of the layer colors so decided
to use a blue tone and it was recieved with big 
…
Plan on doing another 8 pcs and a couple large formats 16 x 21 see how they look.
Our local Parish priest has one and I am sure he would like the larger size…

I decided we will be building a platform from the sides of the crate (standing behind the printer)
probably get it 24" off the floor.
Same idea as the JuColor Printer seen to the Right in the picture..
The bed size will let us make some Large art work and also so some larger tasks for the Business products.
In the far Top Right of the picture under the table you can see a stack of Basswood 920mm x 920mm
I will be cutting up some larger pieces for some nice larger pics…
Probably do a large version of the Cross (earlier post above) see how it comes out…
I will use 2mm Basswood for this project.
On the JuColor it has an optical position scan of bed items that allows the printer to
find the parts and orient the print on the bed part no matter where it is..
we label our 3D Printed LED Lamp backs with this feature works well.
Very exciting chuck. The scanning camera will be of great use and hopefully the workflow will be to your liking.
What is the print head height above material.

Typically for the Epson F1080 print heads the recommend 2mm for distance material to printhead, but I found that even 3mm produces excellent definition in the prints…
The Jucolor has the camera and has a 16 x 30" print bed that we’ve had for about 4 months now.
My son needs to create the icc color profiles for the three newest printers, this is a lengthly process, maybe 3-4 days for each printer, but allows the user to print the color that is seen on the screen, which my son has gotten a color corrected RGB monitor… Using an X-Rite
i1 Publish Pro Spectrophotometer, does a great job… Tidbits…
That table looks like it’s breakin’ a sweat under that pile of wood. 
Oh it is, plan on adding a couple more aft braces once we see how it runs
with the print head weight swinging back and forth

oh did you mean the back corner table with the 92cm 92cm wood sheets ?
top n bottom was a batch of 600,sheets 2mm, 3mm 7mm
Looks great..and so does all that lovely wood.

edit : I made the Red and Blue with 3mm, seems a bit more sturdy and was easier to handle/glue
(White is 2mm )

I added a top honeycomb to the process…
I have my corner cut 90 deg 3mm acrylic guide to align the sheet mounted with pushdown pins
this is nice as I dont have install it everytime I cut pictures…
just drop the honeycomb plate down mark the corners and I put some N52 magnets
on the sides to keep it from moving around…
soooo much easier…
the little red Magnet in the top left is a 10x10x40mm ,N52 that has a 3D printed holder
with the edge that is undercut 2mm (wood thickness) and pushes into the wood for capture
just 2mm
