Xtool D-1 running version 1.6 on windows 11. Laser only fires at very low power even when set at 100%. It is not enough power to do any burning on any material, even paper. But it will fire correctly and at full power with the Xtool software XCS. Must be a firmware problem but I updated the firmware and still no solution.
