When using the 2W IR Laser with Lightburn, the two top fanns on the leaser head are not working. But when using XCS the fanns do work. The laser head got quite worm during testing so I stoped using it to prevent any damage.
When using the 40W Laser, fanns work with the Lightburn and XCS.
I’m using the latest and gratest (v.2) device profile from xTool.
What could cause this? Does Lightburn controls the fann sped or is this done by the main board?

As far as I know, these laser modules are smart, they control most everything… Usually there is only V+, Ground and PWM controlling these… Mine has a temperature sensor, but they say don’t use it… 
If the head only has three wires there is no control from Lightburn… If it works in XCS, then maybe there is control.
Maybe @Rick could advise us on this…
