Camera issue algo laser 2.0.05

been playing with MM forgot about LB haha and finally updated LB was on 1.7.8

algo laser camera showed full bed in old version, now with up date some of it doesn’t show

have done recalibrate like 3 times camera set to standard as per algo set up video

when doing calibrate lens it looks really fish eyed , in old version was more flatter

can just see lazer left middle , but see how far center cross hair is out and when doing moves over numbers it is out my nearly 20 mm

MOVE ISSUE:

another thing i found feed rate is 0 every time LB is started old federate doesn’t save

one more thing when clicking help forum , it now takes you to docs not forum

See if it helps, if you calibrate the camera lens with the new AprilTags card. The dots pattern should no longer be used.

This feature is still in testing (Labs feature), but is currently the most precise way to calibrate your camera. It’s only accessible with a right click on the “Camera” window:

As far as I know, this has been corrected so that the previous jog speed is remembered. I’ll run some tests to ensure.

i used the april tag in latest update

which latest release do you recommend to use ?

will try the tag tracking option and see what happens

any idea why the preview when doing calibration is fisheyed in new version and not flat like in old version when ive clicked on standard, is this how it is meant to look now ?

2.0.05 is the latest release.

You could also try the PreRelease version 2.1 RC-2. But it includes quite a few changes regarding camera setup, and the UI is not fully finished or documented yet.

I’m not sure which preview you mean here. Can you post a screenshot to explain?
