I have been running a 50W JPT on EZCAD for a few years but recently got a second 50W I run on Lightburn. I tried to add the second machine to Lightburn but when I add the device it will only toggle between “Framing” and “Disconnected” but never establishing a connection. For some time it even ruined my connection with my working laser in Lightburn. I even tried on a second computer but the same problem persists. I really need help troubleshooting why I can’t establish a connection from a laser that worked fine on EZCAD.
