i AM USING A NEW hp LAPTOP AND A olm@ , IT WAS WORKING JUST FINE UNTIL I SHUT DOWN AND MOVED TO DIFFERENT ROOM ???

Check the cable and connections - this is a communication error, and would normally only happen if there is interference or noise on the USB connection.
