How to select Camera Field of view

Hello. I remember seeing an article about selecting cameras for use with Lightburn. I cannot find it now for the life of me.
What is the calculation that I need to use for deciding which camera FOV to select on checkout?

I am setting up a 1500mm x 1000mm work surface. The camera will be in a fixed position above the work surface and not on a movable cover.

I swear I saw the calculation before somewhere on the official light burn website.

Best camera position and lighting

Is there any benefit to try and mount the camera directly over the center of the bed as possible as opposed toward the front of the bed? Better focus over the entire bed? Would the image be improved by adding some strip LEDs to the door to increase the light intensity and uniformity on the bed and material?

We get asked this a lot. Straight down, in a stable location above the bed, with the whole bed in view, with a little extra room to allow for pixel loss when correcting distortion is “best”. If your lid opens to a set and consistent location, mounting with the lid open works well for clearance and reduces the requirement for extreme fisheye.
