And, when you get to moving the license itself, the links are in the upper right corner of the browser window you’re looking at right now:

Thank you I’ll do this shortly today.
Thanks

Where exactly is the info to switch the license. Thanks

Hover the mouse pointer over the words License Management in the upper right, as shown in the screenshot I provided, to drop down the list of topics. Click the License Portal line, sign in using the email & password you used when originally activating the license, and do the deed.

Some background:

The other lines in that dropdown provide access to copious doc on various licensing issues.

You may find the last topic on Moving to a New Computer of interest if you have not already transferred all the settings from your old laptop / computer.

Thank you I feel like an Idiot I didn’t even see that.

…you just haven’t been wearing your right glasses,

“idiots are those who know better but don’t want to” - doesn’t apply to you

Kinda like me:

  • Put a tool down on the workbench
  • Look away
  • It vanishes
  • Search the basement
  • It reappears exactly where I put it down

Poltergeists, I tell you! :ghost:

And it continues, forgot my password clicked on forgot password waiting for an email response to reset password nothing still waiting and nothing in spam folder.

I still have a slight problem with the resolution lightburn is oversized and the cut settings editor goes from top to bottom any ideas. Thanks

Perhaps:

I’m sorry this is not for 2.0 it’s for 1.7.08 I switched to a new laptop and have the problem, I should have stated that.

First:

If the new laptop has a smaller screen resolution than the old one, all the various windows will look much bigger.

In particular, the stack of windows over on the right must share however many vertical dots the screen has: what fit on the old screen may not fit on the new one, even after you resize them as small as they’ll go.

If the new laptop screen has a zillion pixels, then you likely have a misconfiguration involving Window’s High DPI Scaling settings, in which case the link for V 2.0 will be helpful.

I’ll try that and let you know.
