I paid for Lightburn Pro but it won’t update and theres no way to contact support so WTF!

Looking into our systems, I see you have 2 keys with one seat allocated. Our latest public release for LightBurn is version 2.0.05, which I see you are running.
What are you trying to update, and what information is shared with you when trying to do this?
Maybe to add: what did you expect? LB Pro and Core are identical; you won’t notice any change in the user interface. The difference is the set of controllers that can be used.

When you purchase an update, the email confirmation you are sent includes instructions on how to forcibly trigger the update, as sometimes it takes a bit of time for your computer to re-sync with our license server. Have you tried following those steps already and it’s still not working?
