Why does this piece of junk, start a burn then just randomly stop?
brand new unit brand new cables etc.
happy go lucky machine then just stops and won’t respond to any inputs
If it doesn’t respond to any inputs I’d suspect a hardware fault in the controller.
As it’s brand new you probably want to take it up with the vendor.

Open the Console window and see if you can make it do it again.
Ortur did a firmware update on the shock and fire sensors because they were sensitive enough to stop a job that was going otherwise perfectly.
If you can capture that error message post it up here.

When it fails, is there any message in the ‘console’ window? That is where any error code would be displayed.
