Are you saying you got things resolved?

This is not the best way to get assistance. “Same issue…”? And what is this issue, exactly? Simply saying “me too”, does not provide any detail as to what you are trying to do and the results you observe. You need to share more, to get anything of real value to addressing what you are wanting to accomplish.

The issue is in lightburn programm put an image for exable in position 300 x 440 after put frame and laser go down left with motors make noise and don’t stop , if I click in home position go there and it is OK… laser is brand new … what I can do ?

I’m not following you. Drop your .lbrn2 file on the edit window and it will upload we can examine it.

No nothing resolve … download and older version and problem is the same…

I returned the machine… Bought a Ortur Max Pro 2 and am awaiting delivery. You can delete my previous post.

Too bad you couldn’t get it to perform as expected. Good luck with the Ortur.

:smiley_cat:

Thanks Jack… I assembled the Ortur and now have a new problem. With a new Ortur Max Pro 2 and Lightburn 1.0.0.4 My new issue is the Flame detector errors and I cant complete any cuts.
olf 170. [msg: flame detector active, ambient infrared value:0

I’ve opened a new support ticket and just awaiting a response.

$261=0 on console to disable it
A reading of envorioment of 0 meansyou have direct sunlight on the sensor, it will over power the UV sensor.

$261=0 does nothing. Also a totally dark garage doesn’t change the error.
I figured as much as far as it being a hardware issue. I removed the panel to insure molex connector was secure, taped over the flame sensor , turned off all lights in my garage and in near zero ambient light. However, the flame sensor still errors out.
I have a hardware ticket open with Ortur , awaiting a response.

Thanks

Dave

Then whatever is stopping your machine is NOT the flame sensor
Assure you $261=0 disables it

can you post a full console log if you get a failed engrave?

Ortur tech support sent me firmware v1.72. Installed it per instructions and now my machine is functional.

Frustrating, but a simple fix. Glad it’s up and running.

Have fun
