Lightburn will not connect to ruida controller

Hi, i have just built my laser (further fabrication y1200) and i am trying to connect the controller (ruida RDC6445G) to lightburn with no luck. I am using an acer laptop with win 10. I have tried all 3 connections but none of them connect. I have tried new usb cables, tried setting it up for ethernet but no go. i manually added the laser but just says disconnected. when i search it does nothing. i have the correct dsp license
please help

Have you tried using any other software to ensure you can connect? That could provide you with some helpful information. Start with this Lightburn Connectivity Issues - #6 by LightBurn and report back.
