Ortur manufactured the hardware, and would know which drivers it requires, along with any other specific needs it might have. LightBurn will only be able to communicate with your hardware once Windows can see it, and Windows wonāt see it if the proper drivers for it arenāt installed, or if thereās an issue of some kind with the hardware, cable, etc. Ortur would be able to help you diagnose any of those because they know what to look for with their machine - we donāt.
No one was trying to pawn you off on someone else - they were honestly pointing you at the best equipped people to help you.

Ok Guys, Gil from Ortur Tech sent me the link that I needed to load the right drivers to get me connected. Thanks to everyone for your help
